To ensure the authenticity of all of our products, we source them directly from reputable manufacturers and distributors who we have built trusted relationships with over the years. We do extensive research on each brand and product line we carry, and we only work with companies who share our commitment to quality and authenticity.

We understand that authenticity is important to our customers, and we want you to feel confident in your purchases from our store. We offer a 30-day return policy (after arrival of the item) for any unused and unworn shoes with the original packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We offer both exchanges and refunds for unused and unworn shoes within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and tags intact. Additionally we offer 30% discount in our shop for people who agrees to keep the product.

Our shoes come in a variety of sizes, ranging from US M size 5 to 12, including half sizes and US W.

We make every effort to ensure our shoes are true to size. However, since foot shapes and sizes can vary, we recommend referring to our size chart or contacting our customer service team for guidance. Our recommendation is to take 0.5 size bigger than your normal Size for a comfortable and easy wear.
